Arroz A La Cubana

This is one of the favourites of my Mr, a recipe taken from his mom. Caution, this is not a resolution friendly recipe! 😀

Cuban Rice (Arroz a la Cubana)

Ingredients:

White rice
Banana
Eggs
Potatoes
Fried tomato sauce


Preparation:
1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging or to your liking
2. Peel and slice the potatoes, peel the banana(s) and cut them in 4 pieces each
3. Fry the potatoes and then the bananas in oil (I used sunflower seed oil this time)
4. Fry the eggs
5. Mount everything on a big plate and serve with the fried tomato sauce OR pour everything in a bowl, mix and serve (like my Mr would prefer:)).
