Easy and Fast Nizza Salad
This is one of my favourite salads to prepare when we crave a light dinner (but still with some substance in it!). Fast and no brainer if you have everything available at home.
1 can of tuna
couple of small potatoes
handful of green beans
olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper
1. Cook the peeled and sliced potatoes, green beans and eggs.
2. In a bowl, mix together the potatoes, beans, eggs, tuna and tomatoes.
3. Season with olive oil (I use the oil from the tuna can), vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm with some crunchy toasts!
